I was frustrated finding the hotel. the route from the bus station was confusing, leading me to take a longer path. Upon arrival, the absence of staff after the afternoon felt unsettling, adding to my worry. Additionally, the emergency exit light in the room was constantly visible and very distracting at night.

It took a while to reach someone for help since staff isn't available after 2 pm. More communication about this would enhance the experience for solo travelers, especially for safety concerns. Aside from that hiccup, I enjoyed the location being close to the old town and found the experience worth the value.

We had an amazing stay at Welcome Gros Hotel! The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Zurriola beach. The rooms were spotless, with large bathrooms and great showers. The staff was incredibly helpful, even storing our luggage after checkout. Plus, the free coffee and muffins in the foyer were a delightful bonus.
